MimosaJungle currently ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Options & Delivery
We currently offer the following shipping methods within the United States:
- Free Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–2 business days after processing for a flat fee of $150.
All orders are shipped through trusted shipping carriers selected based on destination and service availability.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us promptly at support@mimosaisland.com with your order number and relevant details. We will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
